ODD MOBFor Australian producer and DJ, Odd Mob, there are no limits in sight as he goes from strength to strength with every innovative production. Developing a flair for identifying unique sounds, he has become known for his ability to diversify across genres, emphasising the unconventional. Spending years meticulously honing his craft, Odd Mob has firmly planted himself at the forefront of the global electronic music’s future.
Odd Mob broke through with the ubiquitous 2014 track ‘Is It A Banger’, a track that resonated with Australian listeners, charting in triple j’s ‘Hottest 100’ and has since amassed over 8 million streams across platforms. The boundary-pushing producer showed no signs of slowing down, subsequently releasing tracks ‘Intrinsic’, ‘Lithium’, ‘LEFT TO RIGHT’, ‘Give You’ as well a slew of collaborations with LA producer on OMNOM on ‘Losing Control’, ‘Mind Awake, Body Asleep’ and most recently ‘All Day, All Night’ which saw Odd Mob surpass well over 50 million streams across platforms.
On top of a busy release schedule, the last 12 months saw Odd Mob craft official remixes for the likes of Dom Dolla, Hayden James, Martin Solveig, Jax Jones & D.O.D. From remakes, vocal tracks, remixes, and right through to his original productions he is non-stop flexing his production prowess. With a genre-defying catalogue of songs, he has given back to his audience fashioning bootlegs under his Oddities brand, which have amassed millions of plays. Constantly pushing boundaries has earnt Odd Mob the support of industry heavyweights including the likes of Diplo, Fisher, Calvin Harris, John Summit, Oliver Heldens, David Guetta, Eats Everything, Fatboy Slim, Sofi Tukker, Tiesto, and Disclosure.
Odd Mob’s 2022 single ‘LEFT TO RIGHT’ launched him into the spotlight with a slew of AAA tastemaker support from the likes of Skrillex, Fred Again.., Dom Dolla, Disclosure, Diplo, Chris Lake, Tiesha, Salute, ACRAZE, and John Summit, to name a few, all showcasing this record in their sets throughout 2022 and 2023. ‘LEFT TO RIGHT’ is based around portions of the Soulja Boy cult classic ‘Crank That’ which had the blessing and sign off from Soulja Boy himself.
Ending 2023 on a high, after a huge run of touring with performances at EDC, Coachella, Hard Summer, Shambhala, Sunset Music Festival and an official support at BMO for John Summit’s headline event, Odd Mob dropped club hit ‘Losing Control’ on John Summit’s Experts Only imprint. By far his biggest moment yet, Odd Mob skyrocketed to the top of the Beatport charts in the first few days of release and clocked a whopping 1.5 million streams in the first two weeks of release across all platforms. Not stopping there, Odd Mob was also named 42nd in the 2023 ‘1001 Tracklist Top 100 Producer’s of The Year’.
2024 will see Odd Mob continue on his rapid trajectory to the top with a slew of North American back to back tours throughout March, May, June, August and October, his first ever European tour playing at the likes of Tomorrowland, Parookaville and Elrow @ Amnesia (Ibiza), with more to be announced shortly.

Seth TroxlerWith the release of her solo STOP EP on Minus, Magda can finally afford to take stock of a whirlwind few years that have seen the insatiable demand for her very special blend of house and techno carry her the length and breadth of the globe.
November 2005 and Magda's set is reaching its climax at London's Fabric. One moment she's pounding the crowd with her very own 48 Hour Crack In Your Bass, the next the hairs on the back of 500 necks simultaneously stand to attention as the moody chords from Strafe's all time classic Set It Off produce a collective gasp of appreciation from the dancefloor. She's in the zone, unphased by the raucous response she's generating. Virtually hidden by the racks of fx units and monitors surrounding her, she remains a picture of calmness, dictating the play with a cool hand.
It's easy to see why she's one of the most exciting prospects to breakthrough in recent years.
Magda makes things happen. Always has done, always will do.
Currently residing in Berlin, a relative stone's throw from her home town of Zywiec in Poland considering the nomadic existence of her childhood, she seems to have finally found a city that mirrors her own attitude to life - no restrictions and certainly no compromise. It's a philosophy that also flows through Magda's music particularly during her after hour sets. The ability to guide her audience through the dark recesses of contemporary minimalism before delivering them back safely into the light means her name is never far from the lips of discerning clubbers and fellow DJs alike.
Her family left Zywiec for Texas in 1984 when she was nine before finally settling in Detroit in 1986. All this travelling around from one starkly contrasting environment to another, taught her to deal with new challenges and to adapt to new situations pretty quickly, lessons that have subsequently helped her deal with the often hectic life of a touring DJ. Always the outsider, the concept of 'home' was never as straightforward as it is for some. Sometimes though, home isn't a physical location, it's a state of mind and when she first turned up at a warehouse party a couple of blocks from where she'd grown up in the tough Detroit district of Hamtramck, she knew she'd found it.
Initially puzzled by the euphoria that accompanied the introduction of even the simplest hi hat pattern, she was soon overwhelmed by the atmosphere, the freaky people and the positive vibe. This initial foray into the Detroit underground culminated in the mind-blowing experience that was Spastik, Richie Hawtin's first Plastikman PA. She was hooked.
Within a few months, armed with a cheap pair of belt drive turntables and an unquenchable thirst for vinyl, she'd moved from one side of the shop counter to the other at the influential Record Time store and had also persuaded the bar where she worked to put on a monthly techno night with Claude Young and Daniel Bell. Her enthusiasm was totally infectious and they soon asked her to warm up for them. In conversation it's clear to see how much the lack of attitude and unconditional support from Bell in particular has shaped Magda's own way of doing things.
Then, inspired by her mother's 'dark and symbolic' art she decided to study Fine Art in New York state but soon realised music was the most natural medium for her self expression. Nevertheless, this abstract influence can still be found in her music production, juxtaposing as she does warm, thick swaythes of sound with jagged little hi hat patterns, sometimes lazy, sometimes clinical but always purposeful and expressive.
On returning to Detroit she met Richie Hawtin at one of the legendary Hot Box parties where to her embarrassment she was introduced by a mutual friend as his 'number one fan'. It was the first of what turned out to be a couple of chaotic encounters (the second involving beer spillage and a pair of brand new leather sandals in Miami '97) that eventually led to the invitation of a gig at Hawtin's 13 Below night. It was there she first met Marc Houle. Their off-beat humour quickly developed into an unshakeable friendship and Magda was soon lodging with Marc in Windsor where their musical symbiosis started laying the foundations for 2003's Run Stop Restore project together with Troy Pierce.
By this time she'd already cut her teeth on the main stage. Booked as a backroom warm up DJ at a System rave in Detroit and already having nightmares about opening her record box to find a choice selection of Tiffany and Def Leopard records, fate somehow intervened and she found herself playing the main room at 1am. Head down and totally focused after a shaky start she recalls looking up to find herself at the eye of a storm as all around bodies flipped out to her slow, chugging, electro-tinged groove. The transition was complete and the momentum carried her forward quickly, more System gigs followed and she also started throwing her own parties as part of the Women on Wax collective together with DJ Minx.
Things don't always go according to plan though, and by 1998 Magda was pretty much fed up with the 'scene politics' that seemed directly at odds with the initial vibe she had encountered back in the days. She took a step back, followed her heart and immersed herself in the minimal sounds scuttling out of Germany in particular (i.e Brinkmann, Perlon, Kompakt). The resulting mix tape won her a new set of admirers and consolidated her growing relationship with Hawtin, opening for him at the millennium celebration EPOK and also forming part of an enviable line up at the Plus 8 ten year anniversary party From Our Minds To Yours. Since then she has become his sole choice as opening DJ, accompanying him on both European and Stateside tours. A little C90 mix tape can go a long way - next year will see the release of her first official mix CD on Minus.
The new millennium brought a host of new digital technology with it, most notably Final Scratch and when she wasn't on the road she could be found wiling away the hours transferring Hawtin's vast record collection into the digital domain. At the time there were only about ten DJs using Final Scratch and while others regarded it with suspicion, Magda was quick to see the potential, re-editing her favourite tracks to further enhance the distinctive flavour of her sets. She shies away slightly from the ubiquitous 'minimal' tag, citing Chicago Jack and Acid as equally significant ingredients in her sound but whichever way you look at it, she is part of a movement that is rapidly redefining electronic dance music as we know it. Turntables, laptops, samplers and fx units now clutter her DJ booth as the wall between traditional DJing and 'on the fly' production starts to crumble.
And so, the Minus train rumbles on, forging a relentless path through new, uncharted territory. Magda however, remains refreshingly free from the burden of expectation. Genuinely surprised by the trajectory her life has taken yet deeply aware of the responsibility she has to her growing army of fans, she faces the future with the same wide-eyed, 'devil may care' attitude that has always accompanied her from city to city, from airport to airport, from disco to disco. A lonely existence? For some maybe but Magda knows more than most that home is where the heart is.

Adriatique
Both living in Zurich, each regularly performing as DJ's, and both named Adrian S., perhaps it was inevitable that Adrian Shala and Adrian Schweizer would meet in 2008 and form a near instant friendship. Perhaps it was destiny. But it’s the professional bond that followed for which we are so lucky, a bond that would help them ascend the dance music community as the production and DJ duo known as Adriatique. But inevitabilities aside, the basis of any great partnership is how one complements the other, which in the case of the Adrians, was evident from the outset. While one had honed his musical chops with House for the US and Detroit Techno, the other dwelled in deep melodies and European techno. One might gravitate towards the studio, while the other can't resist the temptation of the booth. One is blonde, the other? Colloquially known as "dark-haired Adrian." And it is the sum of many parts that gives us what we now know so well. In the world of dance music, where producers might spend a few nights DJ’ing and some DJ's may dabble in producing, their partnership has mastered both while bridging the perspectives of two varied backgrounds bound by the ultimate desire to forge a unique sonic signature and connect with the audience that shares in their deeply held belief that music is meditation. Forging relationships with artists and labels that share in their sensibilities, Adriatique has released on Zurich's Cityfox, LA's Culprit, New York's Wolf & Lamb, London's Supernature, Canada’s My Favorite Robot and most frequently, Hamburg's Diynamic, which first brought them to the forefront with “Deep in the Three." Building upon their hard work and an increasingly aware and receptive audience, Adrian and Adrian enjoyed a seminal 2013 when they debuted on RA's list of Top 100 DJ's and their exclusive podcast was voted Mixmag Mix of the Year, not to forget the standout Podcast for BPM. And having released standout tracks “Rollox” on Diynamic, “Space Knights” on Cityfox and the “Midnight Walking” EP on Culprit, 2014 has only seen a continuation of their ascension. Ultimately, though, it may be Adriatique's presence at clubs in all corners of the globe for which they may be most loved, a joint approach to DJing hard to put to words but may be described as the work of true track selectors with a sound that's at once varied yet cogent, a journey of choice tunes that are techy or deep, contemplative or energetic, constant tension and release that leaves jaws on the ground and dancing legs sore. They are staples of The Cityfox Experience events in New York City, in Ibiza for the last three years, notably Diynamic’s outdoor Parties and Festivals, and have earned a well deserved appearance at Time Warp Holland in the winter of 2014, all the while maintaining a tireless schedule the world over. It's hard not to stay tuned to what they bring next. Booking worldwide: marco@people-machines.com Managment: management@adriatique.ch Press: adriatique@themediananny.nl www.adriatique.ch

PurpleDiscoMachine
So ingrained in his identity, Tino Piontek’s artist name Purple Disco Machine is a deliberate homage to his funk hero Prince and the dance flair of Gloria Estefan’s Miami Sound Machine. While the sonic identity of Purple Disco Machine grew up in the clubs of East Germany, where his passion for disco and house flourished, he has since evolved to become an all-encompassing radio and streaming king. A suitable title for an artist with over 1 billion streams and multiple European Airplay Chart toppers across his catalogue with hits such as ‘Hypnotized’, ‘Fireworks’, ‘Dopamine’, and ‘In The Dark’. Beyond the radio, he has proven to be a club favorite among DJs across the world as the #2 best-selling Beatport Artist of all time with dance floor heaters such as ‘Body Funk’ ‘Dished (Male Stripper)’, ‘Playbox’, and ‘Devil In Me feat Duane Harden & Joe Killing-ton’. A Grammy Award winner with a remix of Lizzo’s ‘It’s About Damn Time’, Purple Disco Machine has had huge success with multiple high-profile remixes for the likes of Dua Lipa, Mark Ronson, Foals, Calvin Harris, Sir Elton John & Britney Spears, Fatboy Slim, Lady Gaga & Ariana Grande, Diplo & SIDEPIECE and many more. Proving his passion for the intimacy of the dancefloor the acclaimed producer played more than 80 shows in 2022 across Europe, the United States, and South America, with festival appearances at Coachella, Tomorrowland, and Ushuaia Ibiza. A dedicated performer and a hit-maker extraordinaire, his influence on the global dance scene will be felt for generations to come.

Eli EscobarJamie Jones's career began as lead singer with All-4-One, best known for their #1 song on the Billboard for 11 weeks with "I Swear" in addition to other hits such as "I Can Love You Like That", "So Much In Love", "Beautiful As You" which propelled the group to multi-platinum status.
Jamie’s writing and production credits with his Emmy-, Grammy and Billboard nominated production team, The Heavyweights, includes The Disney Channel, Netflix, Nickelodeon, BET as well as a variety of musicians such as Wayne Brady, Lil’ Wayne, Tupac, Anastasia, K-pop artists, J-pop artists and more.
In 2004, Jones released his first solo album, Illuminate, followed by a self-titled neo-soul gospel album in 2006 that charted two singles: “Don’t Stop” and “Rise.”
In 2020, Jones collaborated remotely with his writing team and produced an EP titled Christmas at Home with Jamie Jones for release on his birthday, which fell on Thanksgiving Day that year. The EP features two original songs, “All I Want” featuring Pau and “Christmas Kiss” featuring Marissa Lauren, along with some of Jones’ favorite holiday classics: “Someday at Christmas,” “This Christmas,” and “Give Love on Christmas Day.”
In anticipation of his follow-up R&B/Soul EP, he has put out a single titled “Sunny.” While familiar to anyone who loves music as a song made famous by Marvin Gaye and many others, Jones shines his own light on this feel-good classic, freshening it up for a time in history where happiness and hope seemed to be in short supply. With a fullness of sound such as only The Heavyweights can bring, it became the perfect welcome for the summer of 2021. -
