Please arrive at least 30 minutes before departure. MV Calmer operates to a scheduled departure time and cannot wait for late guests once boarding has closed.

MV Calmer operates under liquor licensing requirements and Responsible Service of Alcohol regulations. Management and security reserve the right to refuse entry or service where required.

👥 Group Bookings & Purchaser Responsibility

Where one person purchases tickets on behalf of multiple attendees, the purchaser is responsible for ensuring every guest attending under that booking receives and understands all relevant event information, entry requirements, policies and conditions before the event.

All relevant event information and conditions are available on the ticketing page at the time of purchase. Failure by a guest to read, receive or understand this information does not provide grounds for a refund, credit, transfer or other compensation.

⚠️ Allergen Notice

Our onboard kitchen operates in a shared environment and cannot be considered allergen-free. While care is taken during preparation, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of allergens, including gluten, due to the risk of cross-contamination.

Guests with significant intolerances, severe allergies or specific dietary requirements should carefully consider whether the available food and onboard kitchen environment are suitable before booking. Dietary or allergen-related unsuitability does not constitute grounds for a refund.

🚫 Strictly No BYO Food or Beverages

👠 Footwear Policy

MV Calmer has steep internal stairways. Tall or pointed heels are not permitted. Small, stable chunky heels are acceptable.

🪑 Limited Seating Notice

This is a cocktail/nightclub-style social event, not a table-service or seated function.

The vessel layout is determined by All Event Cruises with passenger movement, dance-floor space, event flow and onboard safety in mind.

Limited unreserved seating is available throughout the vessel, however seating cannot be reserved or guaranteed.

Guests must not bring chairs, stools or other personal seating onboard. Guests are encouraged to view previous event photographs on our social media pages to understand MV Calmer's general vessel layout and event format before booking.

Suitability of the event is at the patron's discretion before purchase. Unsuitability based on seating preferences, event format or personal requirements does not constitute grounds for a refund.

♿ Accessibility

MV Calmer is not a fully accessible venue due to the design of the wharf, gangway, vessel and internal stairways, and wheelchairs cannot be accommodated onboard.

Ticket purchasers and attendees are responsible for assessing whether the vessel and event are suitable for their individual mobility, accessibility and personal requirements before purchasing.

Please contact All Event Cruises before booking if you would like to discuss suitability. Accessibility or mobility-related unsuitability does not constitute grounds for a refund.

👜 Bag Policy

For safety and security reasons, bags larger than a small purse or clutch are not permitted onboard.

All bags may be searched before boarding. Guests arriving with larger items including backpacks, totes or similar bags may be refused admission without refund.

🚢 No Mid-Cruise Pickups or Drop-Offs

⏰ Cruise Times

Total cruise duration may include embarkation and disembarkation. Advertised times may be adjusted where necessary at the discretion of All Event Cruises management and/or the vessel Captain.

🎒 Personal Belongings

Please do not leave bags or personal items unattended. All Event Cruises Pty Ltd accepts no liability for lost, stolen or damaged personal property.

🌧️ Rain or Shine

Don't stress about the weather! MV Calmer has substantial covered and indoor areas across the main and mid decks, and cruises generally operate rain or shine.

📹 CCTV & Security

For the safety and security of guests, crew and staff, MV Calmer is monitored by CCTV surveillance. By purchasing a ticket and boarding the vessel, guests acknowledge CCTV recording and onboard security procedures.

No professional promotional/event photography is planned for this singles cruise.

🛡️ Behaviour & Event Conditions

All Event Cruises reserves the right to refuse entry or remove guests who fail to comply with vessel policies, safety requirements, Responsible Service of Alcohol regulations, crew/security directions or applicable legislation.

⏰ Departure Policy

The vessel aims to depart at the scheduled time. Late arrivals and missed departures are not eligible for a refund.
