This is a shared-table dining experience and we prepare a seating plan before the event.

If you would like to sit with friends who are booking separately, create a common Group Name such as:

Everyone in your group should enter the same Group Name when ordering.

Bookings made within 24 hours of the event may not be able to be seated with guests whose tables have already been allocated.

🔞 18+ EVENT

Valid authorised photo identification is required. MV Calmer is a licensed venue and events operate under liquor licensing and Responsible Service of Alcohol requirements.

🎟️ TICKETS & REFUNDS

All sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organiser. Late arrival, non-attendance or individual circumstances do not provide grounds for a refund.

👥 GROUP BOOKINGS & PURCHASER RESPONSIBILITY

Where one person purchases tickets on behalf of other attendees, the purchaser is responsible for ensuring everyone attending under that booking receives and understands all relevant event information, entry requirements, policies and terms and conditions before the event.

A guest's failure to read, receive or understand information made available at the time of booking does not provide grounds for a refund, credit, transfer or other compensation.

🍷 FOOD & BEVERAGE

Food - the included menu is a set menu, that cannot accommodate special or individual dietary requirements. The menu items may be subject to change without notice due to seasonal and supply availabilities.

Drinks are available for purchase unless specifically included in a stated beverage package.

Cash and card are accepted onboard.

Strictly no BYO food or beverages.

⚠️ ALLERGEN NOTICE

Our onboard kitchen operates in a shared environment and cannot be considered allergen-free. While care is taken during preparation, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of allergens, including gluten, because of the possibility of cross-contamination.

Guests with significant intolerances, severe allergies or specific dietary requirements should carefully consider whether the available menu and onboard kitchen environment are suitable before booking.

Dietary or allergen-related unsuitability does not constitute grounds for a refund.

👠 FOOTWEAR

MV Calmer has steep stairways. Tall or pointy heels are not permitted. Small chunky heels are acceptable.

♿ ACCESSIBILITY & MOBILITY

MV Calmer is not a fully accessible venue due to the design of the wharf, gangway and vessel and cannot accommodate wheelchairs.

Guests are responsible for assessing whether the vessel and event are suitable for their individual accessibility, mobility or personal requirements before purchasing tickets.

Please contact us before booking if you would like to discuss suitability.

Accessibility or mobility-related unsuitability does not constitute grounds for a refund.

👜 BAG POLICY

For safety and security reasons, bags larger than a purse or clutch are not permitted onboard.

All bags may be searched before boarding.

Guests arriving with backpacks, large totes or other oversized bags may be refused admission without refund.

🚤 CRUISE CONDITIONS

• No mid-cruise pickups or drop-offs

• Cruise duration may include embarkation and disembarkation

• Event times may be adjusted at the discretion of AEC management and/or the vessel Captain

• Do not leave bags or personal belongings unattended

• All Event Cruises Pty Ltd accepts no liability for lost, damaged or stolen personal property

🌧️ WEATHER

Don't stress about the forecast.

Rain doesn't stop the boat from cruising and MV Calmer has plenty of indoor space across the Main and Mid Decks, so the mystery can continue whatever the weather is doing.

📹 CCTV, PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEO

For the safety and security of guests, crew and staff, MV Calmer is monitored by CCTV.

Professional photography and videography may also occur during the event.

By purchasing a ticket and boarding the vessel, guests acknowledge and consent to CCTV recording and to All Event Cruises Pty Ltd using event photography or video footage for marketing, promotional and operational purposes without compensation.

🛡️ VENUE CONDITIONS

All Event Cruises reserves the right to refuse entry or remove guests who fail to comply with venue policies, crew directions, safety requirements, Responsible Service of Alcohol obligations or applicable legislation.
