Fabrication is built on a simple belief: treat the experience the way an artist treats a canvas. Production isn't decoration, it's part of the artistic expression itself. Every edition is approached like a design study, sound, light, space, branding and atmosphere all considered individually before earning a place in the room. Nothing generic, nothing borrowed from the last event or the next one.
A room's depth comes from care, not decoration. Isolate every element and test it on its own terms before it earns a place. Get it right, and the space stops being background. It has enough substance to reach something underneath.
The opening chapter studies house music in three of its most disciplined forms: minimal tech-house, progressive house, rolling tech-house. Genres built on repetition and restraint, where the smallest shift in a groove carries the whole room. The night moves through them as a gradual journey, not a series of isolated moments.
The lineup features Jake Blackwell, a groove builder within tech-house. His stability comes from the transitions, not the peaks, he doesn't hide behind the drop, he works the space around it. Records chosen for staying power over novelty. A regular at One Six One, Revolver Upstairs, Electric Bar, and Amnesia's Ibiza main room. Support from Manda Moor, Sirius Hood, JOSHWA.
Jesse Bleigh brings sixteen years of his own exploration low, rolling bass, groove-heavy drums, textures pulled from 90s house, French-touch, and UK club culture. A sound that moves you before you choose to. Backed by Marco Carola, Jamie Jones, Steve Lawler.
Bellxsxs treats house as a vessel, not a destination. Two years building a blend of deep house, indie dance and techno bassy, grungy, ethereal in places. Already a fixture across Melbourne's CBD and Chapel Street. Already trusted enough to support Grammy-winning Cassian at the Australian Open Live.
The space keeps its own secrets. A courtyard, hidden inside somewhere else entirely, holds just enough people to feel like everyone was invited on purpose. Light stays low. Haze sits thick enough to turn the DJs into shape and outline, nothing more is revealed than it needs to be.
Capacity capped at 140. Tickets release in tiers via Humanitix.
