Dress code is smart casual — glam, sparkle and fabulous outfits are very welcome.

👠 Heel Policy: Small chunky heels are allowed. Tall or pointy heels are not permitted due to steep stairs onboard.

👜 Bag Policy: Large bags are not permitted. Bags will be searched prior to boarding.

♿ Accessibility: MV Calmer is not a fully accessible venue. Due to wharf, gangway and vessel design, wheelchairs and some mobility requirements cannot be accommodated onboard. Please consider your individual accessibility needs before purchasing.

• 18+ event – authorised photo ID is required.

• MV Calmer is a licensed venue operating under strict RSA and licensing regulations.

• Food and drinks are available for purchase onboard.

• Cash and card accepted.

• Strictly no BYO food or beverages.

• Any menu provided is indicative only and may change without notice.

• Our onboard kitchen operates in a shared environment and cannot be considered allergen-free. While care is taken, we cannot guarantee the absence of allergens, including gluten, due to cross-contamination risk. Guests with significant intolerance, severe allergies or specific dietary requirements should carefully consider whether the event is suitable before booking. Dietary or allergen-related unsuitability does not constitute grounds for a refund.

• This is a shared event experience. Seating plans may apply. To sit with friends, please use the same Group Name when booking. Bookings made within 24 hours of the event may not be able to be seated with requested guests if seating has already been allocated.

• MV Calmer has steep stairs. Tall or pointy heels are not permitted.

• Bags larger than a purse or clutch may be refused onboard. All bags are subject to search. Guests who arrive with backpacks, totes or other large bags may be refused admission without refund.

• Do not leave bags or personal items unattended. All Event Cruises Pty Ltd accepts no liability for lost, damaged or stolen personal items.

• No mid-cruise drop-offs or pickups are available.

• Total cruise duration may include embarkation and disembarkation. Times may be adjusted at the discretion of AEC management and/or the Vessel Captain.

• Rain does not stop the cruise. MV Calmer has indoor areas across the main and mid decks, so the party continues in wet weather.

• MV Calmer is monitored by CCTV for the safety, security and enjoyment of guests, crew and staff. By purchasing a ticket and boarding the vessel, guests acknowledge and consent to CCTV recording and security procedures.

• Professional photography and videography may be captured during the event. By purchasing a ticket and boarding, guests consent to All Event Cruises Pty Ltd using images or footage for marketing, promotional and operational purposes without compensation.

• All Event Cruises reserves the right to refuse entry or remove guests who do not comply with venue policies, safety requirements or responsible service of alcohol regulations.

• The vessel aims to depart at the scheduled time. Late arrivals will not be refunded.

• All sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organiser.
