🔞 18+ EVENT

Valid authorised photo identification is required. MV Calmer is a licensed venue and events operate under strict licensing and Responsible Service of Alcohol requirements.

🎟️ TICKETS & REFUNDS

All sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organiser or where otherwise required by law. Late arrival, failure to board, change of mind or individual unsuitability does not provide grounds for a refund.

👥 GROUP BOOKINGS & PURCHASER RESPONSIBILITY

Where one person purchases tickets on behalf of multiple attendees, the purchaser is responsible for ensuring every guest attending under that booking receives and understands all relevant event information, entry requirements, policies and conditions before the event.

All event information and conditions are made available on the ticketing page at the time of purchase. A guest’s failure to read, receive or understand this information does not provide grounds for a refund, credit, transfer or compensation.

Food and drinks are available for purchase onboard. Cash and card are accepted.

Any menu advertised is indicative only and may change without notice.

Strictly no BYO food or beverages.

⚠️ ALLERGEN NOTICE

Our onboard kitchen operates in a shared environment and cannot be considered allergen-free. While care is taken during preparation, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of allergens or cross-contamination.

Guests with significant intolerances, severe allergies or specific dietary requirements should carefully assess whether the available options and onboard environment are suitable before booking. Dietary or allergen-related unsuitability does not constitute grounds for a refund.

👠 FOOTWEAR

MV Calmer has steep internal stairways. Tall or pointy heels are not permitted. Small chunky heels are acceptable.

🪑 LIMITED SEATING

This is a cocktail-style, dancing and entertainment cruise, not a table-service or seated-viewing event.

Limited unreserved seating is available throughout the vessel but cannot be reserved or guaranteed. Guests must not bring personal chairs, stools or other seating onboard.

The vessel layout is determined by All Event Cruises with passenger movement, dance floor space, event flow and onboard safety in mind.

Guests are encouraged to view previous event photos on our social media pages before booking to understand the vessel layout and event atmosphere.

♿ ACCESSIBILITY

MV Calmer is not a fully accessible venue due to the design of the wharf, gangway, stairs and vessel. The vessel cannot accommodate wheelchairs.

Guests are responsible for assessing whether the vessel and event are suitable for their mobility, accessibility and personal requirements before purchasing tickets. Please contact All Event Cruises prior to booking if you would like to discuss suitability.

🎒 BAG POLICY

For safety and security reasons, bags larger than a purse or clutch size are not permitted onboard.

All bags may be searched prior to boarding. Guests arriving with backpacks, large totes or other oversized bags may be refused entry without refund.

⏰ DEPARTURE POLICY

MV Calmer aims to depart at the advertised time. Please arrive early and complete check-in before boarding commences.

Late arrivals will not be refunded.

There are no mid-cruise pickups or drop-offs.

Cruise duration may include embarkation and disembarkation. Advertised times may be adjusted where required at the discretion of All Event Cruises management and/or the vessel Captain.

🌧️ WEATHER

Rain doesn’t stop the party. MV Calmer offers substantial covered and indoor space across the main and mid decks, allowing events to continue in a wide range of weather conditions.

👜 PERSONAL PROPERTY

Please keep personal belongings with you at all times. All Event Cruises Pty Ltd accepts no liability for lost, damaged or stolen personal items.

📹 CCTV, PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEO

MV Calmer is monitored by CCTV for the safety and security of guests, crew and staff.

Professional photography and videography may also take place during the event. By purchasing a ticket and boarding the vessel, guests acknowledge that images or footage captured may be used by All Event Cruises Pty Ltd for promotional, marketing and operational purposes without compensation.

All Event Cruises reserves the right to refuse entry or remove guests who fail to comply with venue policies, crew or security directions, safety requirements, Responsible Service of Alcohol regulations or applicable legislation.
