Children under 18 must be accompanied and actively supervised by a parent or responsible adult at all times. For safety reasons, children must not roam the vessel unsupervised, including stairways, balconies, boarding areas and external decks.

This is a concert, nightclub, style party cruise designed for dancing, socialising and enjoying live entertainment.

Limited unreserved seating is available throughout the vessel; however, seating cannot be reserved or guaranteed.

Guests should consider whether this event style is suitable for their individual needs before purchasing tickets.

MV Calmer is not a fully accessible venue due to the wharf, gangway and vessel design and cannot accommodate wheelchairs.

Guests should contact us before booking if they wish to discuss accessibility or mobility requirements.

Our kitchen operates in a shared environment and cannot be considered allergen-free. While every care is taken, we cannot guarantee the absence of allergens or gluten due to cross-contamination. Guests with severe allergies or dietary requirements should carefully consider suitability before booking.

Only small handbags or clutch-sized bags are permitted onboard. Large bags including backpacks and tote bags are not permitted and may result in refusal of entry without refund.

Prams are not permitted onboard due to space limitations and safety considerations.

For safety, tall or pointed heels are not permitted due to the vessel's stairs. Small chunky heels are welcome.

Rain won't stop the party! MV Calmer has extensive indoor areas across multiple levels, so the event proceeds rain or shine.

Professional photography, videography and CCTV surveillance operate onboard. By attending, guests consent to photography, videography and CCTV recording for security and promotional purposes.

Group booking purchasers are responsible for ensuring all guests receive and understand all event information, policies and conditions before attending.

Guests must comply with crew directions, venue policies, RSA requirements and all applicable legislation.

All Event Cruises reserves the right to refuse entry or remove guests where necessary for safety, security or responsible service obligations.

The vessel aims to depart on time. Late arrivals cannot be accommodated and will not receive a refund.

All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organiser.
