70s and 80s bangers, live vocals from Lotti Rem, and a step by step painting session that ends with a canvas you will actually want on the wall. No experience needed. If you last picked up a brush in Year 8 art, you are overqualified.

🖼️ The artwork: Such a Hoot. A wide-eyed little owl in teal and blue, warm apricot washed behind him and burnt orange leaves framing the base. Those big round eyes look tricky. They are not.

Everything is waiting at your easel: canvas, paints, brushes, apron, and a host on the mic walking you through every step. Lotti sings live right through the session, so the singalong is a real voice leading the room rather than a playlist and a hopeful nudge. Between layers there are natural breaks for a drink, a photo and a chorus you forgot you knew every word to.

🍺 No BYO. The Balaclava has the sports bar and Graziers Steakhouse on site, so food and drinks are sorted.

🕺 Dress ups are welcomed and loudly encouraged. Flares, headbands, denim, disco. The room always rewards it.
